Because these items are delivered instantly, all purchases of digital products are final sale.
Digital Products
All templates, presets, guides, planners, and downloads are non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned. For this reason, all digital purchases are considered final.
I encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. I’m always happy to help you choose the right product for your needs.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please reach out within 3 days of the duplicate order and I’ll gladly correct it.
