Life, In-Between is more than just a workshop; it’s a journey back into the heart of your creativity.
Spend two days in an environment filled with new perspectives and ideas, a chance to reconnect with what you love most about photography, and allow your creativity to resurface.
Instead of just watching what we do, we want you to learn to trust yourself and find the ways to see through your lens in a way that makes your heart happy.
In this space, you belong. Make new friendships and take time to reflect on your journey.
With three live shoots, we’ll show you how to help set the scene, but most importantly, how to see and connect with what’s happening before you.
Instead of focusing on posing, we’ll show you how to allow your subjects to be themselves while you capture the natural, emotive moments that will make them cry when you send them their memories.

Workshop Schedule
The Day Before
Let’s kick off the workshop with a dinner/meet and greet at a nearby restaurant (optional attendance, dinner extra).
the workshop DAY ONE + TWO
Photograph 3 live sessions along with us (family, newborn and motherhood), learning the tricks and techniques we use to get natural, storytelling images.
Expect a look into our editing techniques, helping you learn how to select and edit photos to tell the story.
Additionally, we’ll focus on the nuances of shooting in-home, like finding the right light and setting the scene, as well as emotive shooting techniques to bring out the depth in your images.
Get all your business questions ready as we will be going into running a solo business, marketing, client journey, etc.
There’s going to be lots of time for Q+A. We want to make sure you leave feeling ready and inspired to capture beautiful stories!
